Compatibilidad con los accesorios Premium de la cámara HERO3

The Wi-Fi Remote, LCD Touch BacPac, and the new Battery BacPac are compatible with the HERO3 camera and the HD HERO Original or HD HERO2 cameras.   You do not need a Wi-Fi BacPac if you have a HERO3 camera since the HERO3 camera has built-in Wi-Fi.  You will need the Wi-Fi Remote or the GoPro App if you want to use the HERO3 camera's built-in Wi-Fi though. Please note that there is however limited compatibility for the LCD Touch BacPac with the HD HERO Original and HD HERO2 cameras.  The... Read More »

¿Cómo puedes confirmar que se ha completado correctamente una actualización del software?

Power on the camera and look at the version number that is displayed on the screen as it turns on. If the version number is current, then the update completed successfully. See this article to confirm what the latest version is: Software Update Release Information.

La reproducción de vídeo con LCD Touch BacPac o HDMI muestra el siguiente mensaje: "el archivo no es compatible"

The "File Not Supported" message will appear if an individual chapter from a multi-chapter video was deleted on a computer, and an attempt is made for that video to be played back with an LCD Touch BacPac or over HDMI. If you wish to play back footage using an LCD Touch BacPac or over HDMI output the best practice is to not delete individual chapters of a multi-chapter video.

Reproducción de vídeo entrecortada en dispositivos móviles

In some cases you may notice that video is choppy when playing back higher resolution videos that have been downloaded through the GoPro App and played back on a phone. Some phones can have a difficult time playing back high resolution video smoothly. If playback is choppy the actual video file is likely fine, it is just a playback issue on the specific phone and will likely play back smoothly on other players As a workaround, you can try using 1080-30 or downloading the low resolution videos instead. Información sobre el valor de lux

The Lux ratings for the HERO3 and HERO3+ cameras are not something that we have available.  We feel that the Lux rating does not provide an accurate picture of the light sensitivity capabilities of the camera, since this is only a rating for the camera sensor, and does not take into account the actual processing of the image by the camera.  The best thing you can do to get a better idea of the camera's low-light performance is to take a look at our customers' videos on websites like Youtube or... Puertos USB recomendados

When you connect your camera or BacPac to your desktop computer, we recommend that you use a USB port on the back of the computer.  USB ports on the back of a computer are more reliable than USB ports on the front.  Also, we recommend against connecting to USB ports on keyboards, monitors, and USB hubs.

Aplicación de GoPro: la ventana de vista previa parpadea en verde y/o violeta

When the camera preview window flashes green and/or purple, this means that preview has been lost temporarily. Don’t worry though… If camera control or preview is lost, the camera will remain in the last triggered state. This means that it will not stop recording if it was recording when the App’s connection was lost. This issue should be resolved with the latest version of the GoPro App, so make sure that you have updated. In order to properly use the latest version of the GoPro App, you will also need to...
